I made a special order for my event in the future, can I make changes?

Sizes taken at the time of the order are permanent. We are not responsible if there are changes in the persons size, be it weight gain or loss. Changes can only be made prior to the order being placed.

I saw something online, can I buy the exact suit?

If you see a suit online with patterns and prints they are usually made to order, which would make them special orders. You can expect there to be slight variations if any, but please allow sufficient time to account for production and delivery time.

Delivery Options

Store pick up

Items selected for store pick up will be prepared for pickup at the store location on Marathon Rd. A confirmation/ order ready email will be sent notifying you when your item will be ready to pick up.

Delivery

Items selected for delivery, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order. Same day delivery has to be requested at an additional cost of $10. For outer islands either the mailboat or airline. Please allow for transport time/delays based on shipping/airline schedule.

If I want to special order items, how much time do I need before my event?

When special items are needed, we require a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to event. In some cases more time would be required. This is to account for unforeseen issues like shipping, or manufacturing delays. All special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 30% before order is placed.

With my rental package, can I purchase items?

Any item in your rental package can be purchased. For example you can rent the coat and the pants and purchase your shirt. You are still responsible to return rental items.

What is the difference in tuxedo fits?

Classic Fit

A classic fit tuxedo is a fuller fitting suit. This means it fits loosely on the arms and across the chest. The pants will fit the waist and be fuller in the leg area.

Slim fit

Slim fit A slim fit tuxedo has a more fitted or tailored look. The jacket features a narrower lapel and a more tapered body. This means it fits closer to the body. The pants are more tailored giving a slimming appearance.

Ultra slim fit

Ultra slim fit fits skinnier through the shoulders and chest than slim fit. The trousers fit skinnier through the calf and thighs.

How long does it take for my ring to be ready?

Typically once a deposit is made on a ring, the process begins. From start to finish it usually takes six to eight weeks for the ring to be completed. This can be longer or shorter depending on how simple or complex the ring design is.

What if I lose my ring?

All rings come with a standard four (4) year warranty. At the time of your order there is an option to purchase extended warranty of ten (10) years. If its within that period, your ring will be replaced at a fraction of what you paid for it.

Renting FAQs

How does the rental process work?

The process for renting consist of five (5) steps:

  • First select a style.
    • There are a lot of options to choose from, but just one is the right choice for you. Take your time, look at the different styles and chose the one best suited for you
  • Choose accessories (vest, ties, etc)
    • Now that you have selected your style, now you need to select the accessories to complete your look. If you need help our staff will be more than willing to help.
  • Get measured
    • Ensure that the measurements are accurate as to ensure the best fit for your event. You can come in and have our knowledgeable staff take your measurements, or if you are out of town, download our measurement card and have a tailor take your measurements.
  • Book event
    • Set your date. This will ensure that your items will be available and ready for your event and to your specifications.
  • Pick up /Return items
    • Pick up is normally the day prior to your event. Items will be clean, pressed, and ready to wear. Return is the next business day after your event. All items of the rental are to be returned.

When should my rental be returned?

All rental items should be returned the next business day after your event. If your event is on a Friday, your return day will be Saturday before closing. If your event is on Saturday your return will be Monday. Special provisions are made for events that are off island or out of the country.

What happens if I return late?

If you miss the return date, there is a fee that is charged and deducted from your deposit, everyday up to the replacement cost of the rental items. If you feel that you may miss your return please inform an associate to avoid additional charges.

What do I need in order to rent an item?

In order to rent you need a valid government issued ID (drivers license, NIB card, or passport).

With my rental package, can I purchase items?

What is included in my rental?

If you are renting individual items, only the items you rent would be included. Rental packages include coat, pants, shirt, shoes, vest and tie, or bow tie.

Do I have to clean my rental before I return?

No, it is not necessary to clean your rental before return.

My rental got damaged?

If your rental is damaged, your security deposit will be forfeited. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, you will incur additional fees to cover them.

What happens if I have to cancel my rental?


There is a cancellation charge of $100. A store credit will be issued for any remaining balance.
